ASME Pressure Vessels

Rode Welding is authorized to custom fabricate pressure vessels consisting of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys under Section VIII, Division 1, “U” stamp, of the ASME Code. We are also authorized to repair and make alterations to pressure vessels under The National Board Boiler and Pressure Vessels Inspectors (R stamp).

Customer supplied designs and requirements are reviewed using Codeware’s Compress software to ensure all code requirements are met. All welding procedures and welders are qualified under ASME Section IX. In addition, we are able to supply rolled and welded cylinder shells with partial data reports.
