Rode Welding has been a resource for the rotary kiln and rotary dryer industry for many years. We have fabricated and machined a wide range of rotary kilns and dryers from small 2' to 3' in diameter, to large heavy wall sections up to 17' in diameter and weighing up to 60 tons. We have fabricated both repair sections and complete units. We have also supplied two piece replacement tires.

The quality of the kiln begins with a fabricator who understands the requirements for the demanding conditions under which kilns operate. Rode Welding has extensive experience in fabricating rotary kiln sections and dryers to exacting tolerances. Because we can control all aspects of the fabricating, cutting, roll forming, welding, and machining, we are able to supply superior kiln sections for new original installations or repair sections..
